He will probably be dead by then. I can tell you why! People usually die in there 80-90s because there organs weaken because as we all no we get older, so do our organs. So when our organs get older they will fail easier and when the fail that usually means we will die. (It depends what organ) I don’t know how old he is but he seems around 20 so he will be 100 or so and his organs will fail and he will die. Assuming the same stress is maintained at a given value the amount of structural material scales with area as well, so it balances out a little better. There are some other aspects to consider of course. Square cube law also makes assumptions about how volume relates to mass. Larger aircraft are possible but infrastructure for them is unlikely to be around and new aircraft development is already expensive…

I think the square-cube law for size-to-weight really only works best with objects which that aren't mostly empty space.
