Its a weird feeling. Cause you feel proud because technically, you wrote the song from your own mind and therefore you're the creator of the sound but you realize its not really original to anyone else so it isn't really an achievement
I wrote faded by alan walker first, and now when I play my own version people are like “oMg tHaTs FaDeD” but I WAS LIKE TWO YEARS EARLIER! EVEN THE NCS VERSION I BEAT
@@luukipuuk3537 Especially now, the 4-chord progressions in pop songs are very overused and common. I'm sure if you played that (which I think is 6-4-1-5?) in any style, people would recognize it as Faded.
No, I would have died from a heart break... I basically already did, during the finale... I was so attached to that show, still am. Just like futurama. Only shows like this ever make me feel like shit when they end, even if I didn't get into it until it was over. The finales are always a tear jerker.
Just to clarify as people have clearly misunderstood - He did not write the original theme song by accident. He wrote a song that sounded a lot like The Office theme song and he realized it later.
Nomad Sage go to legends never die album, listen to "The Man, The Myth, The Legend" interlude, thats the short proof, you could also go listen to what Cole Bennett said about him after he died. You could also watch freestyles of him, he usually starts humming, then instantly spits fire, go listen to his newest songs that have different verses, because he would sometimes spit 3-6 different verses and would tell Cole to pick the best one.
So this is how the ‘when you accidentally write songs that already exist’ series started, 10 years later you have 4.3 million subscribers, luv ur content Daniel ty 🫶
Here seeing the video was dated 11 years ago and just finding it funny how young he looks The weird side of the Internet! But I share your sentiment. Dude deserves all the success he has now!

@@mrnobody9321 if I were a teacher, which I’m not, I’d give a student a good grade for this just for making me laugh. But I’d say for them to not tell anyone
I hate when I sneeze and accidentally sing all of Beethoven’s pieces with perfect accuracy singing every harmony and every instrumental timbre by myself
This isn’t a joke this happens all the time with people who improvise their own music, the songs are in the back of their heads but they don’t intentionally copy them Edit: lol I came back to this video and was scrolling through the comments and found my comment. Looks like people like it
This is me, but with writing. I'll just be spit-balling ideas until I come up with a good urban sci-fi story... Until I realize it's just a combination of Chappie, Elysium, and District 9
@Daniel Thrasher look how far youve come! I love watching your content (I'm a music teacher), and my students think your "When the Groove is Fonky" video is hysterical. Thank you for your content, creativity, and for continuing to play multiple characters in your videos.
@@radchazzyboy7 Yes it is. It is not even a talent show, and has not been for a very long time. It's a scripted reality show, and becomes seemingly more realistic by season. And you didn't even search it up before saying "It'S nOt FakE."
Teacher: Wait, could you speed that up? Daniel: Why? Teacher: I wanna see something... that is clearly the office theme. Daniel: Darn I had a name for it too Teacher: What name? Daniel: I was thinking of calling the Workplace
Im getting so mad at myself I keep wanting to get a vanilla chocolate dipped cone out of the freezer but two times in a row I've gotten peanut butter!!! Errrr Update: I bought the peanut butter only pack 🤣🤦♀️
This actually made me feel like it would be the song in the background of a recap of The Office show that shows the shows the best moments of The Office and ends with the finale.
I hate when I’m humming and accidentally sing the the whole USSR anthem. Edit: Thanks for all the likes 😁❤️. I know it is wrong of me but please can you subscribe to my RU-vid channel. I would appreciate it so so much :) I’m hoping to become a professional gamer and drop out. Thankyou :)
Sam Wescoat and weird stonk, what about all the other comments literally almost the same that came days later? The entire comment section looks homozygous in this preset, so why bother to be creative when all others are alike?
Ok now that I look deeper into this it gets crazier and crazier. You may have just meant you became president randomly, but soon I looked at it again, and you could’ve meant you got shot while randomly walking, and that meant you became president Abraham Lincoln... Yes I know I have very dark humour
Hi! If you want check the new video I posted. I am very nervous because I before did covers and know I sort of invented a melody of my own. Tell what you think of it!!!
what a beautiful cover of the office theme. nothing more to say really. it really shows you’ve created something special when the viewers continue to come back to this video year after year. thank you muffin man
Make a full piano cover version of this, post it on iTunes, and call it "OFFICE WEDDING." Then sit back and see how many people get married with this as their wedding music.
I mean I know it's a joke but that's actually not a bad idea. It has the right key, tone, and pace imo so it'd fit perfect with the added drama Thrasher put in
