Im so upset that I stayed for most of the stream, then left to go sleep and woke up to him having already beat it. Years of academy training, WASTED

i finished an uncanny amount of homework watching this stream. i wrote an entire essay. i filled out two entire study guides. and i was there to see him beat the game. my greatest achievement of all.

man it felt good to spend 700+ hours of my life grinding pogostuck to become a pogo player just to know I’m better than lud

This moment was the first monumental moment of a stream I got to witness live (outside of the end of the subathon). I’d tune in and see him at 94%, only to see him fall back down to 60%. I’d go about my day, tune in a few hours later and see him at 38%, and then one day I awoke with no alarm, and quickly checked to see if he was live. Of course he was, but he was so god damn close, I couldn’t look away. He knew the floating rocks, he recovered every time, and after a mere 20 minutes of watching, I got to witness to greatest payoff since the end of the subathon. It truly made me recognize the beauty of livestreams over edited videos. The satisfaction, and the plethora of other emotions that consumed me upon hearing the “Easy.”, let me tell you, if there was a prime sub on RU-vid, I just might have used it.
