I learned that the stock market was a rich man's game (yes, grandparents lost it all back then and preached that forever) but I've been around long enough to really taste how great it can be. To be profitable, with inflation at 6.1% These are surely desperate times, but in my opinion, there is no market condition that a good financial advisor cannot navigate, especially those that have existed since the crisis of 2008 and before.
They are quite effective, I've been using the skills of an advisor since the August 2015 stock sell off when the Dow fell over 1800 pts which inherently wiped out all my gains I was in down over $80,000 (terrible times)... That's when I started using an advisor, it took me about 6 months to break even and also a net gain of 'about $830,000 while others have waited over years to break even, being aggressive certainly comes with greater risk, but with an investment advisor, it's all been calculated risk........

Hi Bart. Great video! You said that the company you’re working for had been on your radar, can you explain why? How did you identify them to be a good employer? I’m based in Birmingham so I’d like to know which employers are best!
Bart I'm so pumped to see what London is all about, really excited for your journey. During the pandemic my wife and I basically have been watching so much content that is England based, it's absolutely wild.
Ayeee Early gang, I'm listening to the audio book RichDad poor dad. It's teaching me alot at a young age :D thx for the recommendation. Also good luck being your real estate agent.
Bart, what questions did you ask other employees at the company on LinkedIn before going to the interview? Thinking of doing the same thing and would love some examples you had asked cheers mate keep up the great content.
Mainly questions around the people that were interviewing me so that I knew what would impress them and what they wouldn’t like etc as the employees knew them
Hi Bart I’m turning 17 in a week and a bit and I’m interested in real estate and I find touring houses and selling them something that I enjoy I was wondering if u could tell me the name of the company u work for as I’d like to do a bit of research and have a look at what their like
im currently at University studying computers, but I'm SO interested in becoming a real estate agent! I'm so excited to follow through your experiences. Goodluck! :)
Hey Bart fin just started watching your videos, really enjoying them! such a good vibe. Please could you talk about the interview process that got you to be an Estate Agent. I'm going for my second interview and would love some tips / do's and dont's etc. Thanks
Hey Georgina, thanks for watching! I have some more estate agency content planned so hopefully I’ll be able to release it soon. Great to hear that you’re enjoying the videos!
im 15(turning 16 in November) doing my GCSEs next year, and im rlly interested in real estate. this is something I've been looking into recently, and i find it fascinating. not quite sure how to get into tho, so if u could help with this i would appreciate it alot!
It’s definitely worth getting in to. Start by getting your a levels out of the way and then you’ll be in a good position to start looking for an agency. Good luck.
I also want to get into real estate I'm also 17. im not even sure what to write in my cover letter on my CV to show my interest. Is there a way for me to talk to you personally for some help?
Hi Bart, I’m living in Derby and just landed a job as a trainee negotiator at 19, no experience or qualifications. Similar story to yours, would be good to connect!
I’m sure you’d be able to get some work experience at a local agency, it doesn’t hurt to ask! But even when you become a full time agent in the UK you don’t need a license.
I am looking to become an estate agent sometime in the future. I am 16 years old and i am not good at maths. My gcses are coming up i know i will pass english but i’m not sure about maths. After high school i am going to college to study business at a level 2 and hopefully move up to a level 3 the next year. Then i am thinking about doing an apprenticeship in an estate agency. Do you think i could get an apprenticeship in and estate agency? or do you think they would be looking for higher qualifications?
Hi there I am fresh out of high school and I have had years of experience in customer service. I was hoping you could give me some advice on how and where to start. I simply want to fulfill my dream of becoming an estate agent in the UK please help me in anyway possible :D
Hi Matthew, best thing to do would be to search up the top agencies in your area, get on the phone to them and get talking. Be completely up front and tell them why you want to become an agent and if they’d be able to offer you an interview. Be bold, brave and ready to be rejected. Pick yourself back up and go again every time until you get what you want. Someone will notice and give you that opportunity but it may take some time! Best place to start looking and talking to people is LinkedIn. Hope that helps.
Thank you so much! I hope to see more from you in the future. Watching your videos gives me inspiration and motivates me to work harder towards my goals. Wish you the best mate!
You found your Niche Stick to it are member moving out of my parents house When I was 16 iam happy for you Who knows maybe one day I could buy a property in London And you will be my agent
Hi Simon, It varies from company to company. Usually is more about who you are and what you can offer. Personally, I was just finishing my A-Levels when I applied. Hope that helps.
