One of my colleagues now at Etihad was trying to become cabin crew for 10 years. So what I know is never stop dreaming and trying. The most effective was is to be honest with yourself. Ask yourself what are you missing? What do you need to improve? I f you knew it, start working on it. After that I promise you, you can easily become cabin crew.
