CONTEXT: Spear had a sponsored stream in which he had to get a certain amount of downloads. If chat helped him reach the goal he agreed to cut his hair like Pantheon's. The rest is now history... Oh and he also has to keep the hair till Challenger (He is currently struggling in GrandMasters...)
