Congrats Tony, former Florida resident here, the biggest problem with leeching and sinkholes, flooding, is because too much of Florida's natural vegetation is being removed which aids in keeping the sand under soil in place. I still adore Florida we lived in Vero, are you in a HOA?

You must not live in the northeast lol. I have been looking for land to build a house on for a year, and anything that is buildable thats more than half an acre is more than 30k. But good for you, send me leftover juju please :).
Same here in UK. You have to get planning permission and r really strict. They won't let us do a side extension unless it's 1 metre in which is way too much. The side room would be so narrow and long.
