How I bought my cheap RTT 

I know. I had to clear a bunch of storage of my phone to finally get the video to work. So sorry man.

Great questions. So the tent comes waterproof. I added some waterproofing spray to it just for peace of mind. Ive been camping out west in it for the past month and Ive gone through plenty storms. No water gets inside. I zip up both side windows and leave the back window open if Im sleeping in the rain. If Its a bug storm I zip the whole thing up. Water never really comes in through the back window during rain unless it’s extremely windy and its blowing towards that window. The fabric is probably a medium thickness. Its thicker than a normal ground tent, but my friends trustmade RTT has fabric that is barely thicker. Although the extra thick fabric makes its kind of difficult to close. As for removing the fabric to clean I dont think it can be removed. Its weird because there is a zipper that wraps around the upper side of the tent, but there is not bottom zipper. So basically you unzip the whole thing and its like there are no walls. The fabric just hangs down from the bottom portion of the shell. If I make a long term review video if the tent, I will include it’s “waterproofness” and cleaning.
