Front - & backward lunges
Wide Squat into stretch
WOKROUT:
Cable kickbacks 3 set x 12 reps each leg
Abductor machine 3 set x 12-15 reps
BB Sumo DL // 5 set x 10-13 reps
Leg extension SUPERSET sissy squats // 4 set x 10 reps each exercise
Narrow Leg press // 3 set x 10 reps
Pause smith Hip thrusts // 4 set x 10 reps
DB sumo squats // 3 set x 15 reps
Cable pull through // 3 set x 12-15 reps
