I had a terrible experience with a Vevor sand filter pump that was defective right out of the box. I'm still trying to get them to fix it under warranty, but they don't seem to care about customer satisfaction. If you ever have to file a warranty claim, you'll be sorry.

I know what you mean, Most time warranties are more trouble than they are worth.

I wish I could do this! Unfortunately, I have a salt-water pool that I'm not sure I could bypass the timer without breaking the chlorinator, which only kicks in when needed, but also has a "super" mode to shock the pool. I don't understand why they don't make these timers have a 4x4 mode (4 on, 4 off, repeat), etc.

Good info thanks! My timer switch and mother board went out and now Im trying to figure out how to wire it direct to switch. do you have any recommendations? thanks

Should be a hot wire, neutral wire and a ground wire coming out of the motor somewhere under that mother board but I didn't remove the board to see it.

That’s true but on this model there was an extra black wire. Got it figured out now works great. Thanks

Hello , sir been following your videos very nice , and I also just bought that same exact pool and also have that same vevor pump coming but I got a question if you can help me out I would appreciate it much , I would like to get the plunger valves for that pool because I've been having to undo b hoses to clean the filter that came with that pool for now and it's kind of a pain to have to plug hoses up every time instead of just closing the valves and be over with but my question is do you know by any chance what size are they because I believe when I get that vevor pump the dimensions are going to be different to hook back to pump is this correct.
