I had a different birthday this year. Things didn't go as planned and it took over a month to celebrate it, but it was worth the wait. On the day of my birthday, I got my haircut in Downtown Vancouver, then I went for a walk at Ambleside Beach. We planned to go out for dinner that night but I had a stomachache so we had to cancel the reservation. I had lunch with my best friend that week, then waited 5 weeks before I could celebrate my birthday with my family. We went to Gotham Steakhouse and it was awesome. The food, atmosphere and service were all perfect. It turned out to be a great birthday.
