it starts with realizing that you have more control over yourself than you realize. Your appearance is like your avatar, and you can customize it in any way you want. Your avatar is precious to you, and you would want it to express yourself, be happy, and live its best life. We all crave to stimulate our brains out of boredom, but we're so used to doing all these bad habits to achieve that, like scroll through our phones or stay in bed all day. if you have a full time job like mine and need to take care of the house you won't be able to have two hours for physical activities, but don't despair, ten min is still better than nothing and if you have no money, pick a nice training video that you can do everyday and see your improvement day after day, it will still help!

Wow. This hit straight up. I've been extremely burnt out, tired with life, my grades have been dropping, i've been wasting time on social media bc I was too unmotivaded tired to do anything else, i've been stressing out so bad and my anxiety has just been rising... I tried to make a scedule before but im scared that will become too repetitive and predictable so I don't know how I could make that feel different but I will definately keep trying, this gave me a lot of motivation, thank you!❤
