I've been struggling with acne after stopping my birth control pills, I didn't struggle with acne at all previous to starting birth control at 19 (other than usual hormonal t zone acne) and at 27 decided I wanted off of it bc of the other side effects that I didn't want anymore, and I'm at the 6 month mark post BC right now and my skin has never looked worse!!! this was super helpful to hear that others dealt with similar issues around the same timeframe, I'm trying to just stick it out and up my skincare and not beat myself up for it because it's not my fault but holy fuck it is so frustrating lmfao

Winlevy is a topical cream is the same as taking spiralactone and it has helped me alot it kills the bacteria and decongest the pores it gets rid of the cystic acne and white heads . I love it , I also stopped eating dairy completely
I love skincare stories, I had acne as a teenager and now I breakout once in a while but mostly during my period and I think I just outgrown it, didn't do anything specific I did try a program ... Proactive and It helped me honestly just to start my skincare journey so I'm thankful for that even though the acne didn't disappear completely but it made me more mindful of having a skincare routine.
