I am on my 4th month 0.025% , I do not breaking out and I love my skin, i use a hydrating facial wash and I use a soft sponge to wash my face to kinda scrub and lessen the pealing and it really helps specially when I put make up it looks better

Can you use aloe vera gel and follow with up with some ice cubes on face in afternoon? I usually use cerave hydrating cleanser and a moisturizer with SPF 25 in the morning. At night time, I clean my face with the same cleanser and apply a gel called zalna (includes 0.025% tretinoid and 1% clindamycin).

First thing I noticed is you shouldn't be touching your face. Our fingers have lots of germs and that leads to acne too. I never touch my face unless I'm washing it. That has helped a lot with my acne.

I'm glad you made this video, I had been experiencing breakouts like yourself, nothing major but enough to be annoying. I've just used 0.025 tret once and will use it once a week for now and i'm already noticing a small change, like you my pimples are not flat/more dried out. I know its a long term thing to see amazing results but I was surprised to notice a slight change already. It feels like once a week wouldn't be enough haha.

I’m using ventin gel… ask your dr about it too. It’s a mix of tretinoin and clindamycin It won’t peel as much as your tret. However they say there’s a purging stage. Mine is ok not much purging so I look forward to seeing my skin in some months of using it.

After one application? One application is not going to affect your skin that much. Even after a month if you’ve only used it three times. That’s not enough to really make a difference from the medication. Maybe it’s just because you started doing more regular skin care. You can probably use it daily or every other day. I have a prescription of this. And been using it on and off for over a year. (I’ve taken breaks when I’ve had other treatments like laser or micro needling.) And my skin is still changing.

Hi Erika. I just wanted to say that I so appreciate you giving responses to the comments below. I have watched so many YT vids and they just don't answer at all. I have Tretinoin Cream 0.025 in front of me, but scared. I don't want peeling. Would you suggest me using some kind of moisturizng cream before or after the application of this Tretinoin Cream? It says use at night to affected areas.

Hyy my fst comment on your channel💌 , can I use dermaco 2% salicylic acid face wash while using the tretenion 0.025% , as the face wash is suiting nicely on skin that's why I don't wanna skip it ..in day I'm using f.w., niacinamide serum , and moisturizer sunscreen ..plz tell me to manage this routine bcz both the face wash and serum are suitng that's why I don't want to leave them but also wanna get rid of acne skin

Is it really going to purge to everyone? Also does it help with dark spot? I’m really scare to try although I already got the product.

I'm using 0.025 everyday and it is week 2.no such peeling just nose area is a little flaky. I was using Adapelene but didn't work out for my stubborn acne.

i started this but i have to use tretinoin cream usp 0.025% and i have been breaking out after one week of using it this is the worst my acne has ever been they say it will make me break out at first and then it will get better i’m hoping that’s true aha

I started a few days ago with the tretinoin o.o5% cream and so far ive had no peeling at all. So im wondering how far into the treatment do you start seeing the peeling? Btw im also using the 4% hydroquinone cream

its strange how I use a generous amount and don't get any peeling, I use a thick moisturiser then wait a few minutes then apply tret 0.0025 percent then wait and apply Weleda skin food on top it works for me : ) and then use simple sp30 all over in the day
