If I change my current institution, then how will I retrieve my Google scholar account as my personal Gmail account does not work for Google Scholar? Thank you

It depends what you want in your life. :) To be honest,, for me the salary and monetary benefits were not the reasons to become a lecturer. Just follow your passion.
