If you aren't serious about hiring an "A" Passive candidate now that's ok, I'll stay in contact with you from time-to-time, question, do you want me to notify you again when we have an elusive passive "A" Player candidate? I have you on an exclusive list which includes (name his competitors) , I can take you off this list if you prefer?
A lot of my outreaches have clients replying with "Would love to hear more", "Tell me about it", or some variation of that. Any advice on how to deal with this type of response would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
