Thanks for putting out this information. I've been doing my own research to build my own keg as well. I realized that all the other companies selling these kegs are just using 100% off the shelf parts with just some minor modifications to add the schrader valve and hose fittings. Kind of wild how much more expensive it is buying those pre-made kegs. Did you use the hose clamps also on the ball lock barb side? I noticed on Dave's DetailKeg heavy duty hose they use that same ball lock adapter with just 1/4" flexzilla hose and heatshrink.

@@arboyd81I am using your links to order a couple parts but I do have a follow up question. I saw that the TeeJet handle is spec’d with an NPS thread on the inlet side instead of NPT. Typically this thread needs an o-ring to prevent leaks, unlike NPT which is tapered and can be sealed with just tape. I saw in your next video you had a some leaking in between the swivel and the TeeJet handle, which is exactly where the NPS thread is. Were you able to resolve this leak just by tightening?
Or just using better clamps is a superior choice because wet tape does not stick over time. Even good electrical tape. The point of making this spray gun vs the cheap one was to get away for rigged ideas.
I recently order the sprayer and nozzle for my surprise the nozzle doesn't fit the the sprayer and can not find how to make it work home depot just doesn't sale the parts
No sorry...its just drilling a hole and installing and metal high-pressure Truck Tire Value in the top. Try to drill where you can get as flat of a seal with the rubber gasket when tighten down. Plus make sure you order the correct Drill Bit Size. Do not cut your hole to large or it could be dangerous.
