✨FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS✨ Hello to new subscribers and thank you so much for all the love! 💖 Here are the answers to the most frequently asked questions in the comments: ✏What brush do you use? - For outlines, I use an orignal brush I customized myself. I took the classic pencil brush from Procreate and just changed the settings to my liking. For color painting, I use the flat brush and the airbrush. For texture, I like to use the Hartz brush. (Those brushes are already included in Procreate) ✏What is your canvas resolution? - The canvas resolution for this illustration is 2400 x 3400 400 dpi (I needed a canvas with a high resolution because this illustration was for publishing) ✏Do you use a screen protector? - Yes, I use a paper-feel screen protector. ✏Please make more tutorials! - Thank you for all your requests, I’m super slow but I’m working on it 🥹🫶
You’re welcome ❤️ I know the feeling! It’s very difficult at first because you have to do a lot of exploration but it gets really fun afterwards so please don’t stop 🙏💕
A literal life saver!!!!!!! ❤❤❤ i was getting frustrated and doubted my skills until your video efficiently broke down the steps needed to create digital art. God bless you ❤
Love your art!! Please keep sharing your work! I love watching this kind of vid (where I can see the artist drawing on their iPad and just be proud of their work
Merci beaucoup! 💕J’ai toujours l’impression que je peux faire plus (comme renommer mes calques pour que ce soit plus clair) mais ça me rassure si ça a l’air bien au final ha ha 🙈
Would you mind posting a short of the line art brush you used ? I’m in love with it and I’m sorta new to procreate and dk how to really use the settings properly? If it’s not too much to ask !! Love the drawing SMMM btw !!❤
Hi, thank you for your message and sorry for the late reply! Actually a few people have asked for the brush settings and I don’t remember exactly how I did it 💦 I plan on doing a bit of research and make another video on how to customize brushes! Then I’ll see if I can make a short out of it ☺️
@@oceanenae hi, i tried to redraw by watching your tutorial last month. I was really impressed. Never thought I could try this. I hope you could teach us more. I'm literally waiting for your tutorial. Thank you.
This is so beautiful! Love every single step - and learnt nicer ways to incorporate - could you please share what’s the screen size you’re using? I always get stuck there. I see you’ve zoomed in so much and yet it doesn’t pixelate!
Thank you so much and sorry for the late reply! I used a 2400 x 3400 px 400 dpi for this illustration. This illustration was made for a magazine and the publisher required at least 300 dpi.
Hellooo, you are great, I like your drawings very much. but you didn't write the name of your brushes, which ones did you use? I wish you could make a more detailed video❤
Thank you for watching! 💖 For the outline I’m using a brush I customized myself but I mainly use the flat brush for color and the hartz brush for texture! (Those are brushes already included in Procreate)
I just adore this drawing , and i love how you explain in. I really like the brush you use for outline, and tried to make some changes for the pencil, but it doesn’t look good. Is there any change you can share the exact pencil and what you changed it to? 🙏🏻
Thank you so much! ❤️ I don’t remember exactly what parameters I changed but I plan on doing a bit of research to remake this brush and do another tutorial video just for brushes!
Hello, my dear friend, you are doing a very beautiful and professional job. You deserve millions of subscribers. I learned a lot from you and I will be with you.❤ New friend here ❤️🌱🔔
I know the feeling! That’s what I thought when I first started illustration and saw other artists making beautiful artwork. It’s sometimes a bit difficult at first but if you want to draw, please follow your heart and don’t give up!
You just have to lower the opacity of the layer to make it lighter. In your layer panel, choose a layer and tap onto the letter next to the check box. You’ll be able to lower the opacity from here!
I just try to draw what I imagine in my head but very loosely (without drawing too many details at first). It’s a bit difficult but it becomes easier with practice. I would recommend trying to draw your composition on paper first if it’s too difficult for you to work on your tablet!
Hi, thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry this video wasn’t helpful to you. My native language isn’t English and it’s a bit difficult for me to talk smoothly. As there are already many tutorial videos with speech, I also wanted to make a visually appealing video (without speech) for people whose native language isn’t English like me and for people with hearing impairment. However, I want my videos to be accessible to as many people as possible and I’ll consider adding speech to my future tutorials.
Hi, thank you so much for asking permission, I really appreciate it 🙏❤️ You can print and use my illustration for personal use (ex: to decorate your home or as a phone wallpaper) but not for commercial use (you’re not allowed to use it to create and sell products with it)
