I just read online some great cleanly/healthful hints for using lemons and the rind. An idea I've never seen was to let the rind dry and grate it into a powder to use in place of extract or zest in recipes; add to pepper to make a great lemon pepper, or add to sugar as a delicious addition to drinks or homemade cookies. And since it apparently retains its scent it should also be good as a pest repellent.

Jenny I just love all of your ideas, but I think my favorite one is the picture frame. Thanks for your beautiful ideas & for sharing them.

I love drying citrus! I do it a lot in the Fall and winter to use for decor. The candle was my favorite. Heads up my contact info is on my channel. 😊
