Slow and steady wins the race, ladies. No need to have such low calorie with exercise on top of it. Cull 200 calories from TDEE alone (without exercise) and you will see results, go 500 if you need. Sustainable weightloss is important. Be kind and healthy through any weightloss. Love what Deanne said about giving into those cravings sometimes and noticing the trends in weightloss rather than day to day weight. Woman fluctuate. ❤
I 100% agree with you! Slow and steady weight loss is definitely what I would recommend instead of what I did, that’s why I gave so many disclaimers in the video to not copy me. I was already going to the gym regularly and lifting weights when I started this, so it was less of a crazy jump for me. Thanks for watching ❤️
