So your doing it b'coz at that moment u just have to do it without expecting about material rewards. I think meditations (whatever it's form) is just a therapy or exercises for u being aware in the moment on things u do in every day life.

For example Bodo Schäfer, a German Businessman teaches in his Book "Laws of the Winners" CLAG, means, "constant learning and growing", thats compulsary if you want to make it, just like a scholar was asked: when does this studying and learning ever stop?
