Fantastic content professionally presented as always, Andrew. I love using a pen but PC and Wacom. I nearly always shoot in mono on my Nikon Z8 so I can see contrast better. The Nikon mono profile is applied on import in lightroon. I then apply a colour profile if I think the shot needs it or one of many LUTs I bought years ago. So, similar process but I start with a mono RAW image. I must have bought about 100 photo LUTs about five years ago. That will do me for life and is probably too many. Again, I have forgotten the company I got them from.
Very well presented video Andrew. I too like editing on the iPad for its direct feel with the pencil. It’s a shame that many of the features of desktop Lightroom are absent from the iPad version. I likely won’t replace my iPad if the software doesn’t get brought up to snuff.
Pity you can’t use that app offline. Being tethered to needing internet really limits the flexibility. I’d use LR if it allowed local editing from a hardrive. But nearly all my shooting is in remote areas. How great it would be to use an iPad. But I am forced to drag a freaking laptop. Sad.
