Congrats! Enjoy the beast! I have a new 670C. Any tips on docking the boat without impacting the sides and scratching the shit out of it? I have the same colour scheme and already with large scratches at front on both sides due to impacting the ramp…😣 Cameron
If I’ve got someone with me I nose up to the dock slowly and make them jump onto the dock and back the car in haha If I’m on my own I just put 3 fenders out get relatively close to the ramp and prop walk over to it really slowly by switching from forward to reverse and when it’s within reach I’ll grab it and pull myself in. It’s all practice though man, you’ll get the hang of it and congrats on the new boat!
@@bloodsportfishing many thanks mate for those tips. I will implement these tips as well. :-) What do you use to tie your fenders (on boat)? Also, I have the same ducer setup as yours (for both ducers). When do you use your 3/1 ducer? Much success with this 3/1 ducer?
Just abit of rope for the fenders, yeah I really rate the 3 in 1. I only use it in shallower water, I’ll usually run a split screen with side scan. It works really well but I find it does need abit of playing with, adjusting the gain settings with depth as well as the frequency. The high chirp comes up crystal clear in anything under 30 meters
He’ll say his is better I’ll say mine is haha It’s honestly personal preference, go out test drive a few and whatever feels better for you is the way to go
