Hello and happy new year 🥳 I have a question for your university. Is it true that if you pass the exam you have to pay 4.000€ in order to keep your seat in classroom ? If yes this amount is being reduced from your fees? (It is one of my options to study medicine)

I don't know precisely how it works for pre-enrollment because I enrolled late due tu an extraordinary admission test session, but basically in Italy entry tests are in early October and after few days for UniCamillus you have the ranking list, and like all other Uni, if you want your place you have to enroll and pay the 1st tax (and the total amount/per year is different due to ISEE). But, if the tests is way earlier like the one in January 2021 for academic year that starts in Oct. 2021, if you pass the test and you are in the ranking list in one available place you can ore-enroll, so that's why you have to pay the 1st tax in order to enroll and you ensure your place, and of course it is removed from the total amount. The problem is that I saw ,that for a family annual income that is somewhere around 20.000 the fees are 2.134/year that's why it seemed to me weird the fact that someone will have to pay 4.000 in order to keep his place.(these are info directly from the university).Anyway I decided that I will not give the exam for the UniCamillus but only the IMAT. Νevertheless I appreciate your help and if someday I have questions I will e-mail you.(Of course if you don't have a problem with that)

@@MarianthiB Yeah! Because UniCamillus like Humanitas /San Raffaele ecc. Are private university so the fees are way higher than the ones you pay in public University (IMAT). Of course you can send me an email if you want! Have a nice day!

Hi Asaf, I didn't go to school in Israel so I didn't have to take it. From what I understand it is required but I don't know much about how that works.

All you can do at this point is study as much as you can and try your best. It might be enough if you study well and Messina doesn't have too much competition.

Transfering is a difficult process but in theory if there's a spot it's possible. Not many people are able to do it successfully though so if you want to transfer you'll probably have to take the IMAT

Grades only matter if your embassy requires certain cutoff grades, the universities don't take them into account. Some universities do require language exams though my knowledge about this is very out of date so you should look into it.

Hi Amelia, it didn't matter at all. I didn't even use my IB diploma, I used my high school diploma.

There's a chance but there are so many factors like how you'll do on the actual exam, how difficult it is for you and other people your ranking, which university you pick etc. If you got 35-40 there's a good chance you'd get into one of the less competitive universities but it's no guarantee.

I am not sure, but perhaps there is if your disability is >66%. The different criteria applies to European and non European students who are judged differently. If you’re Non EU you have more chances to enter as the score is set low. On the other side, good marks depend on if you’re European or not. If you aren’t, then depending on the uni they only ask for a 34, etc. Other unis such as Pavia ask for more

It highly depends on which uni you're applying to and it varies year to year. 45-50 is a good target though.

There are courses that are taught in English in Italy. You don't need to speak Italian when you get in.

You can complete your high school 11th and 12th in your home country simultaneously studying for imat test after that you can go to italy for further medical studies which are taught in english but you need to know italian as well for general communication with people🤗 Hope it helps

Yep! I’m using the BMAT 800 book for practice on all sections :)

In total they are 60 questions and you have 100 mins💯

I think that depends on your embassy, but it should be fine

You can read the critical thinking book that I mentioned in my IMAT books video, the BMAT ninja course has good explanations, or if you donate 10 Euros to Entermedschool.com you get access to the marathon we did where I explained the tricks and strategies for answering the logical reasoning questions.

You can take the test again as many times as you want. There's no limit and the previous results mean nothing.

There is no certain score to pass the IMAT, it depends on percentile ranking.
