How early did you make your notes before GCSE? Because I make notes early but I struggle to remember them and forget so I end up having to rewrite them again and again.
oliviabr I read over my notes but I know this can be quite repetitive so maybe condense notes onto A4 pages with key information or make bullet point flash cards? Even doing practise questions is useful as by looking at the mark scheme you learn the key points
Is there any point making notes, because I have the CGP revision guide and that is condensed and mostly covers everything the spec? I have only made posters on my case studies. I'm really trying to push for that 9 though
I mean only make notes if that is helpful. I find the process of actually writing and condensing my own notes really helpful instead of just reading already condensed notes! However it is time consuming! Maybe try and make Flashcards on key points so not everything? I think the posters you have made on the case studies will be really helpful! Hope this helps and good luck!
@@LifestyleofKatie Thanks a lot. I agree that notes are really time consuming so I might just skip that out haha. However, I made a word document on all key points just in case and the posters will come in clutch.
Jess H Of course :). It’s the case studies that’s the hardest too because the scientific based stuff is pretty general so there are lots of websites that we can apply to it but there’s literally nothing with other stuff lol. Especially as my school has chosen Leeds instead of Bristol which is in the revision guide🙄x
I know tell me about it. I ordered the CGP Edexcel A revision guide and we do none of the same case studies and there is no information about any of them anywhere!!
I love your videos so so much! They’re so helpful and for me personally, extremely motivating🙊x Please could you do a school makeup tutorial? That would be amazing!! xxxx💗💗💗
Kenga Vijay well I’m only in year 10 but my teacher said its really important to know how to structure your answers (particularly high mark ones) and to relate back to the question (for example saying what the product is instead of just saying product) and including enough connectives and reasons
