Hi Fisayo ! Thankyou for uploading the video on this topic; been a regular audience of your channel. I am also starting my MBA this fall and I did notice that there are a few roles that are open at Microsoft for 2023 summer. As suggested by you, I applied online and am waiting to hear back from them. However, I had a question on that - did you move ahead with any referrals you knew at Microsoft after apppying for them or you just waited to hear back from them after applying online without any referrals ?

@@pradipadhikari1730 Hi Pradip, yes I remember your comment on Georgia Terry, I believe that's where you're headed right? Congratulations! I did use a referral link to apply to some of the roles, and some others I didn't as I applied to multiple roles in the company and didn't get to have someone refer me for every single one of them. So yes, if you can get a referral, absolutely explore that. If you can't, no harm, still apply and wait to hear back. Hope this helps.

@@FisayoGracieAbby I guess a video on your internship experience would be great. You could make a generic video incorporating your experience at Microsoft. It would help a lot if you could elaborate a bit on the expectations upon the interns, their onboarding processes, the responsibilities and expectations that they have, the prospects on return offer and how to improve the chances for that and so on !

Hello Israel, thank you for asking. I applied for the internship in May, after I had gotten my admission offer. I also mentioned this in the video. Candidates should only apply after they have secured admission offers.

Congratulations on your internship! This is great news. I have a question regarding when to apply for Fall 2023 next year. I'll be graduating in July 2023 (hopefully). Would you advice I start engaging the schools I would like to apply for my masters now and with the current transcripts I have or should I wait? But then if I wait, when exactly should I start the process? Oh, my current G.PA is 3.55 and I'm working right now. I appreciate your advice, thank you.

If your school is in the UK then you should be able to apply to roles in the UK, except the position is a global one

Insightful video. Thank you very much. I got 4 MBA admission to US schools for the fall of 2022 without funding. One came with a form of tuition remittance of 800usd per course tho. I have been wondering if I can get to intern or work in business organizations in the US so as to be able to fund my program. Could you advise me? Also, How do I get to know those companies that accept MBA students as interns?
