So in order to get a promotion you would have to become the closet manager. Then you can be promoted within a specific publication. For example, if I’m in the fashion closet I can be promoted to working in the Vogue closet only, GQ closet only, etc. Once you’re within a specific publication then you can try a get a bigger promotion such as Stylist, Editor, and Fashion Director. Just know it’s not easy but I think if you have tough skin and know office politics that promotion comes within a year or two. 💪🏼
