Please, please, please do not choose fragments based on stats. The synergy between fragments are way more powerful than the handful of seconds you're shaving off your cooldowns, especially with diminishing returns after certain stat tiers. Not once have I ever seen a triple or quad 100 build that was actually any good.
If I'm doing pvp I need the starts cause it's lethality fun play for me so every kill I get that gets me energy back at t10 for say grenade is greater than energy I get back at t6 or t7
I run crown of tempests on prismatic, threaded needle with the lightning surge ability and storm nade. If you just use the first of 3 melees and jolt 3 enemies you get over 500% ability and super increase. You can get the melee back every 9 seconds. Got 100 resilience, discipline and strength
Little tip for DIM at 9:19, if you hit Loadouts and then go to Loadout optimizer, you can paste the same thing and it'll pull up all the armor and you can just click equip. A lot faster than dragging everything manually
I only have 100 resilience and 100 discipline 90 with Facet of Dominance on my warlock, my recovery is only tier 4 and hear me out with Facet of hope as long as your keeping consistent uptime on devour your rift comes back just as fast as your tier 9 grenade
Very Good video, thanks. For those who want really easy and good arthecist armor. Wait for grasp of avarice to be in rotation and farm the final boss. Easy dungeon overall and gets super very quickly. But keep in mind you don't need triple or quattro 100 stats. Its much more important that your fragments and abilities are perfectly suneergised and work well together, than stats. After everything is cooking the way you want it, look for stats. If you have double 100 stats (for example 100 resil and discipline) and 2 stats very high like over 50 60 (like 50 recovery and 60 strength) and a few low stats (like 30-40 int and 20 Mobil) this is super fine, effectiv and strong build.
1:22 those numbers are wrong, certain exotics before shadowkeep(?) will have intrinsic stats, so +1 or 2 to a certain stat always, which means exotics can roll up to 71.
The hardest part about building quadruple, or even triple 100 stat armor is that the ghost armor focusing mod allows you only to specify which stat you want, and explicitly does NOT give you the ability to have the least amount of points in the stat you DON'T want (such as in this case mobility or intellect). If there was a way to specify a stat to ignore instead, then this would be much, much easier. I focused so much armor and still get shitty distribution. Yeah, discipline is my highest stat when I focus armor with it, but then often times mobility is second highest and there's no good way to make the game NOT choose mobility.
@@PeterDB90 none of this is really a problem, it coincides with everything else in the game....if you want it, you gotta GRIND. Also, are you aware how the stats are divided into an upper and lower column?
@@ChainsawMcgrawl I understand that if you grind enough, you'll eventually get good distribution gear, I'm just griping at the fact that there's no mod option to reduce a stat rather than increase it And yes, the stat division is like the first thing people point out to anyone looking to make high stat armor, which is precisely why I continue to get high mobility gear when I focus discipline (discipline being lower column and mobility top column).
@@PeterDB90 what are the stats you're going for outside of discipline? Fo4 instance if you're going for triple T10 and want resilience, intellect and discipline, then you should have resilience focused, not discipline. You may have already known this, but really does help. Prior to this dlc the wartable has been dropping very high base stat(68-71) armor that's all spikey for me.
@@ChainsawMcgrawl appreciate it, but I understand how it works, I just wish there was a better way I'm going for multiple builds and have different needs for each, but the main one I'm going for is 100 Resil and 100 Strength with minimum 60 recovery (though preferably 80) and the rest in Discipline. So both my 100 stats are in opposite columns, and both secondary stats are in opposite columns, which really means I can focus either Strength or Resil and just get lucky with the other stats; BUT if there was a way to specifically suppress mobility/intellect stats to boost the other 2 in their respective columns, that would solve all my problems. Moreover, I would obviously prefer to choose gear that has 65+ total stats rather than 60+ which makes it doubly-difficult to get the right rolls because so many things have to go right and "align" for me to get the perfect rolls I'm going for, and again, I get it, it's a looter shooter so grinding is part of the game, but I also wish there wouldn't be an excessive amount of it either, just like with exotic class items.
@@PeterDB90realistically, you only need 100 Resil and decently good (the other stat). Borderline no builds in the game will hinge on having X amount of stats in the game and they will only help the build. They will never make the build. If you’re really hurting for some extra stat points in a build, use font mods. Most of the time your build can afford to drop -3 points in an armor slot and you got +3 tiers to that stat for each armor charge you pick up.
Good modern tutorial, thank you. These would be greater if you tied up all loose ends to any unsure and/or important sounding information- i.e. the 1:26 mark made it sound like the 68-stat max on Legendaries may not be accurate. Or the 2:10 mark confused me, because it didn’t seem like it was 100% true that buying a specific piece of armor rolled higher since you said it wad just experience. I could look it up, but I’d rather come here since I enjoy the content. Just some feedback. Easier said than done of course.
The only time I've ever had a max stat exotic or amour piece drop it's always been a near even stat spread. One time I got a 69 conttraverse hold (back when they were S tier for warlocks) with the res ghost mod on, it had 20 res and a max spike in intellect. I felt sad.
1:17, there is proof that exotic armour can drop or should I say be found at 71 base (Does anyone still have the Xur Roll of "Actium War Rig"?) and with the changes in The Final Shape DLC we can boost the stats by 3 (...I think) giving us a 96 total armour stat.
Having quad 100s is the same as the old super saiyan before reaching super saiyan 2, you know the muscular one, it’s a nice show for those looking but far from useful.
Just out of curiosity, I looked to see how many 100s I could get in a single build if I chose six positive stat prismatic fragments in my prefered stats, and I actually got a quad hundred with eye of another world. So since I had the extra resources, I put together a build (aspects, abilities, mods) with it, and its actually surprisingly strong. Lol
Do not prio recov on a warlock, most of you are running devour and restoration right now so it’s literally pointless, class ability cd is already low enough
It is a huge milestone. Don't insult or diminish your achievement or successes. If you do that you will never be able to enjoy any success at all because somebody who has something more will always be a reoccuring but not surprising revelation.
As a casual solo player I am finding the sacrium or whatever , near impossible, any suggestions for a warlock build I have no super weapons as I have never done a raid, but at this rate I will still be doing it in act 3, thanks
Most great builds do not use raid weapons exotics or raid legendary weapons. There are MANY MANY builds out there so be specific in your searches: for example "Devour Warlock Build" "Prismatic infinite ability spam Build" "Healing red death build" All of which require very little grinding to get the right weapons or class setups.
If it's masterworked it's a 58 roll buddy. If you have a mod it's a 60 roll. The highest you can get based stats on legendary is 68. You add to it with artifice slot +3, stat mod +10 and masterwork +12 and if you pop the +1 resilience on the chest piece with the solstice ornament that's as high as you can get but legendary armour is 68 base max bud.
@@leecummings2949 my helmet is no artificial armour 70 masterwork to 80 with small resilience mod it's 85 (4 ,27,14 top and 32,4,4 bottom got it from seasonal decryption
Question. I have high end stat armor from the days of the helm. Will these work as well, or MUST i use the new armor and do the grind to get them for good armor?
For quad 100s total definitely matters. It is not the easiest to achieve but you definitely dont want anything less than mid 60s to hit triple 100s and do not masterwork anything in the 50s
That x4 100 stat is trash because you just put all the positive fragments with your stats... bungie made sure you couldn't get a good build doing that, so there are negative stats to offset this. So you are just running a character with no real synergy. You can better synergy with lesser stats and good fragments combination. Also, I have been having x4 since Stasis dropped, and it's a perfect example of no synergy. That warlock build is the only one given because you can put on all the negative fragments and it will do the same thing turret motor.
Says artiface isn't a requirement... then needs to use 3x artifice pieces to get quad 100s. Clickbait junk. You will never be able to get quad 100s realistcally without grinding out artiface legendaries or sacrificing devour to get 6 facets to use just for their stats.
This guide very much makes it seem like hitting 4x 100s makes you a god. No. Having a good build makes you a god, you can do grandmaster content with 100 resil and 70 in your other stats with a good setup. Stats are just the cherries on top, don't get it twisted.
If your thinking of well remember it's nerfed ,so it's not like warlocks have any special supers or needs their super faster any faster than other classes.
