This is so true, Africa kuna mchezo. In Asia you're not allowed to use Mobile phone while on duty. One absent, salary is cut end month coz you didn't work. USA, Canada and Europe, payment per hour. Nobody will force you to work.

Well done Butita! A few corrections.. The word is COLLOQUIAL. Even in Dubai or wherever. taking of photos is controlled - infact highly controlled so be careful with that narrative. Everything you see is highly choreographed more like what you described with the US talent show.
