Hi Eko, I thought Affidavit of sponsor suppose to be done by a notary Lawyer or certified true copy in court? Please clarify and thank you.

No, it's not necessary. A normal letter of support and declaration of support from sponsor will do.

It can lead to less chance of approval as it doesn't show that you have funds to school.

I didn't submit payslips, just a letter of introduction from my workplace. If you don't have payslips, you can do the same.

I’m a case where you do not have sponsor, how much do someone need to have all these done plus flight and rents. Secondly, can a student work to help aid some of the fees when gotten through these and probably enters Canada ?

Firstly, according to Canadian immigration, you need to have C$10,000 for living expenses in addition to your school fees. Secondly, yes you can work, but I advise you to have at least enough to cover your first-year fees and living expenses so you don't have a hard time.
