Wueh anxiety and panic attacks are terrible, leo nimekua nazo and I have not been able to do anything at all, . And I think most people suffer from this bloody anxiety attacks but hawajui ni nini wana suffer from coz the first time I experienced panic anxiety attacks I thought I'm dying i thought I was going mad 😮

One thing most people don't know is that research has shown mental illness has a high affinity to make the afflicted indulge in chemical dependencies from drugs and alcohol hence, addiction. I smoke weed everyday but in the evening after work and after completing everything I prepared to do in the morning, weed is not good but for you to be in a good mental space when doing drugs you also have to be very very present, ata meditation has to be focused on realistic stuff not eutopia, yaani you have to so present mpaka when you notice something wrong with your mental health you stop for a few days even something as small as a headache. Am not trying to encourage anyone to start smoking because it might be the only decision that destroys your whole life but for those who consume it understand that discipline is everything and your life cannot be dependant on any drug.

Bipolar meds can cost you up to 4500/- monthly and this is exclusive of psychiatric fee/consultation. It takes a champ to admit and confront it by accepting yourself. So proud of this guy.
