I was actually really happy she wasn't afraid to show some perfectly normal puppo behaviour. Maya was going "no, you're too close to me - no seriously, back off" and the other dog then quickly picked up on it. If anything she was being a bit bossy right before with the "potato". ;D Her lips didn't draw into a snarl, she didn't go stiff and pull her ears back etc etc. She wasn't being aggressive, or even scared. Just confident. ^_^ We sometimes over-correct our dogs and it makes them scared to say "stop, I don't want to" in the mild manner Maya did. (Those snaps at the other dog weren't meant to make contact.) And when they're scared to express that discomfort, well that's when you usually get a dog that bites or gets aggressive "out of nowhere". Because it won't speak up until it's pushed to its personal limit. (I hope this doesn't sound condescending or rude! It's of course just my own personal opinion and experience with doggos.

Sammys are obstinate and resourceful. I confess that I have subscribe to your channel. A lot of LOL. They can live in apartments as long they get enough time outside but they never develop this massive underfur (depending on the temperature outside ). Some of them also grow quite old (common 12-15 years) and can be up to 18-20yeo. So its a long commitment. Oh no, don't feel sad for pictures of Samoyeds staying outside in the snow wintertime, they don't suffer. Greetings from Sweden and give Maya a hug.
