You don't need 1000's of acres to have marked improvement. I bought a 16 acre plot in 2017, mostly woods with about 2-3 acres of open field. I've eradicated all fescue, planted native grasses/wildflowers. I've done timer improvement by getting rid of invasives and non-desirable trees, opened up the forest floor, made brush piles for habitat of other wildlife. It's amazing the difference in the size of deer and the abundance of wildlife that these improvements have created in just 6 years. The satisfaction of creating this sanctuary and witnessing the improvements is over the top. Thank for your content.
