I bought black food safe ones from a friend who works for a chemical company supplier. You could just spray paint any food safe ones. I think I did see some on Amazon or z home Depots website a long while ago.
I assume that your dutch bucket pump runs continuous as you only have the hydroton in the net pot whereas most dutch systems I've seen have perlite in the buckets which retain some some of the nutrients, therefor, intermittent run times. Like 20 minutes on and 20 off?
I have them on a timer 30 on, 30 off during the day, and an hour off at night. I wish I had a 15 minute timer, but haven’t had any problems with this set up.
I have a grow light inside, so I just bring the buckets inside and have them as kratky buckets, so they are just sitting in nutrients and water, no pump… worked well
