Here I am showing you how and where I installed a double USB port on my Royal Enfield Bullet 500.
Easy job to do with minimal tools required.

I've used the Denali PowerHub2 on my 2020 Bullet 500 (and on a tiger 1200 and Ural Gear Up). Really tidies up the wiring. Only 1 lead on the ground pole on the battery. I ground the powerhub to the extra chassis grounding point (next to the existing ground). Only 3 leads on the power pole - bike power (of course), the powerhub2....and the power lead for a denali soundbomb mini. The mini pulls enough to require a direct connection. On the powerhub I have extra lights, grip warmers and usb power. In hopes this is helpful to others.... I'm enjoying the channel... Thanks!

For what it's worth I hope you stick at the it. It would be a shame to see you go. Besides you are one of the few RU-vidrs making content on the old 500s. Everybody is obsessed and has jumped on the bandwagon of the the J Series 350s. I don't doubt they are a lovely bike but are over represented on RU-vid!! Just keep your overheads low and film when you feel like it and don't worry too much about the viewing numbers. The other alternative is to go full steam ahead like uncle Stu. But that takes a hell of a lot of equipment, blood, sweat and tears. It also takes a lot of time. Anyway that's my tuppence worth. Cheers, Felix

By total coincidence I have fitted the same USB charger to my Classic 500 while I had the tank off to change the fuel pump ring seal and fit a Fuel X Lite kit to the bike. I fitted mine to the handlebars and used one of the bikes earthing points to the frame in front of the seat but you've done a really neat job there. Very nice. I'm going to pick up a USB powered air pump because this charger switches automatically between 5V, 9V and 12V when required. Great video and thank you for your channel content because my other bike is a Himalayan 🙂

I bought mine from a local shop but I have seen them on Amazon and Ebay.

I literally last week installed this same usb charger. I went the handlebar root cause I use my phone on a quadlock as my gps as well as my insta 360 camera, so it made sense to mount it close by. I used it extensively while touring Normandy this week.

I have the same charger on my Himalayan and find it works well.
