*Update* The MANUAL INSTALLATION files on moddb were removed shortly after this posting, hopefully they add it back on the page, if they do try this and see if it works for you.
This also includes using Vandant Disease Mod (VDM) and specific launcher. This is how I did it and it worked, hope it helps anyone having trouble. You can also join the discord for the mod found on moddb page.
