In today's video I reflect back on my 2023 resolutions and then write about my 2024 goals. I didn't write about them TOO in depth simply because I'm going to be evolving them as the time goes on... still solidifying everything. I encourage you to write down your goals too! The more detailed the better!

I've started to do daily writing so that nothing builds up. It doesn't feel like I'm writing about much, but it all adds up instead of waiting a few days to do a journal dump 😅 I also do a knuckle stretch/crack after a long entry. I just love ur videos! Especially because how honest u r and know what to and what not to share, ur a real role model! U have inspired me to daily journal from 2024. I don’t know how much time I will have to journal so I’ve decided to do a minimum of half a page a day. U rly inspire me not only to journal but also to be positive and value myself.
