Here in the Philippines we are more open to filipino interracial couples or families than pure foreign couple staying in the Philippines probably because of our colonial past. I have a new friend who is mexican and part owner and cook of a mexican food kiosk business who is married to a filipina and with 2 beautiful kids. His place is very busy with filipino customers patronizing his mexican food because we all know he is working hard for his family.

May I suggest (if you have the time and want to) visit the following while you're in the MM. 1. NATIONAL MUSEUM in Manila 2. AYALA MUSEUM in Makati 3. UNIVERSITY OF THE PHILIPPINES in Quezon city number 3 IMO is the best and fun coz there's alot of street food and awesome restaurants in the campus and around the campus of UP Diliman
