I knew this guy, everywhere we went he found money. This is not once or twice, this was every time we went out. He would suddenly bend down and I would see him pick up money and be happy. To this day, he's never had any money issues, not once. He just has money, he's not even a big spender or flashy at all, but i've never ever heard him ever complain about money. I finally learned how this is possible.

When coming out of a meditation a couple of years ago I saw multiple layers of reality when I opened my eyes kind of like files in a file cabinet and it totally blew my mind. I'll never view "reality" in the same way.

@@joantravis4387 Possibly. It blew my mind enough to contact a Physics professor at M.I.T. who was writing at the time on Quantum multiverse theory and he responded assuring me that I was not alone having witnessed the "layers" of reality.

It’s so exciting to hear how you connect, as I have never heard anyone share their technique or that it is possible to connect to higher consciousness! In the past, I have had profound communication, but never lasting long enough to work on any preferred way. I have worked hard clearing stagnant energy through out the energy centers and main kundalini channel. Towards the completion of that practice, I woke up with no agonizing thoughts, totally blissed out! I also noticed clairvoyance and telepathy connection. Unfortunately it ended as quick as it appeared in my awareness! Lol I’ll start a practice with your suggestions and thanks for standing up to lead! ❤😉

@@YourYouniverseThank you for responding to me it helps a lot, If you could, I have one more question, I have been trying to distinguish what expanded consciousness feels like, I hear the flow state is Gamma? if so, I can identify that state, focused on doing an act that makes time stand still. So then is expanded consciousness more in the dream state, mind awake/ body asleep? But in that state {Body asleep} means your not feeling your body through the body's senses? It could be work, person, fun, or even a loved one, if you did how did you flip it back? someone asked me this question yesterday, I remember I used to sabotage my good daydreams some times and I would get really angry at myself by doing that and they went away. I just did not have any answer to give. I love to know your answer Jessica. Thank you

This generally happens from an underlying "core" subconscious belief such as "I'm not worthy" or "I'm not enough." This has happened to me, as well as to clients that I have coached (and I would say most people due to conditioning). Once you dismantle the underlying belief and replace it with a more empowering one, the subconscious mind will stop sabotaging the visualization. I hope that helps!

Too late 🎉 I have learned i can time jump thru my higher self, who's apparently a rock star ✨... It's totally great, got out of a DUI twice, younger! Just popped home, SWEAR! My kids have seen me do things that would make you question sanity. I lit a fire in a crystal grid that stayed lit in the rain for a week. The church was chasing me around to come speak... And so many things. The neighborhood is scared of me now😂 they smile when they walk by! I don't believe in fairies (Gods)but i believe in whatever i am!

But just maybe maybe in the blueprints that we wrote before we came here we were supposed to align with you to watch this video but maybe when this video popped up we didn't hit play we just bypassed this awesome video. sometimes things were automatically part of our journey in our blueprints but how we decide to deal with things will ultimately decide what the outcome will be if I manifested this video or not if it was part of my blueprints it would have been presented to me without my subconscious higher conscious whatever we can call it led me here or if I manifested it whatever but see here's the thing you may have been led to me but regardless if I hit play and embrace it or hit play and just threw it to the side no matter what here I am and the possibilities are endless namaste my brothers and sisters PS

The different states or dimensions of consciousness are interrelated also to the ranges of frequencies i.e. (delta, theta, alpha, beta, gamma, lambda and epsilon) in which these combined can place one in altered or elevated states cognitively as well and intuitively and spiritually. When you know how to sync breath with your heartbeat you can create your own access as well as exit and entry points of consciousness of reality

Begin by going inside yourself stepping out your body with your eyes closed and see what comes to you and for you. Focus on the color Green (Heart) and Blue (Air). The best technique will be the one you create

I don't know what your specific healing involves, but I can tell you that I've read a lot and have concluded (from my own opinion and intuitive thoughts) that a lot of medical issues occur when the nervous system is dis-regulated. I would look into limbic training and/or nervous system retraining to see if it addresses your particular concern.

there is a threshold when you wake up and you are still feeling drowsy and sleepy you could use it to connect to the subconscious mind and I found myself by doing this someone messaging me as I thought for someone to contact me, but yeah improved this by doing a meditation I had found to connect with someone you love, but oddily when I felt connnected to something else and I was looking to manifest someone healing, I kind of got an OBE, but it wasnt anything I already knew so I wonder what entity told me this(that who holds the life is the observer and not the body)? yeah i know I have connnected with entities, raging from a golden alien, to this inivisible neutral entity, up to by doing stuff by not knowing how, with dark entities

My suggestion is to put your ill feelings to the side and look for someone else to help. Even when you think you have nothing to give, there is always someone in a worst place than you are. I know it seems counterintuitive, but trust me it works. The more you look to help others, the better you will feel about your own situation. I hope this helps
