I use fade the itch serum 3 times a day for the first 3 days, brilliant stuff, tattoos always heal within 8-10 days. I switch to aveeno 3 times per day on the 4th day! I will use fade the itch occasionally after this if tattoo is really itchy but generally aveeno or palmers cocoa lotion, but palmers contains petrolatum wich isn't good for tattoos as it could block the pores but always had good results using that or aveeno!

Should you wash the area with unscented soap everytime before you apply the moisturiser and do you need continue to do this when the tattoo has started to heal?
I wash my tattoo everyday but not every time before I moisturise. And no you don’t need to continue to do this once it’s healed, only until the scabs have fallen off
