Intermittent fasting, smaller portions, & more water by itself have helped me lose almost 10lbs since quarantine. But once I finish exams (I’m in college) I’m gonna start running again until the gyms open back up so hopefully that helps
That's awesome! I need to try intermittent fasting becuase I think I've actually gained 10lbs since quarantine 😩. I'm in school as well and sitting in front of the computer all day has messed me up. I've started walking now, and plan to make it a priority to go for at least an hour each day regardless of how many assignments I have to complete.
Another tip is: sleep ENOUGH! Bc If not your body will try to get the energy from the food. You’ll be hungry most of the time. So make sure you sleep enough(7-8hrs)😘

Go sis! Proud of you! I’m down 40 pounds! I have about 35 more to go to get to my goal but honestly the stuff you were talking about is exactly what I did! I watched my carbs too...low carbs not keto or no carb bc I love 🍞 bread! They said no bread n I be like girl BYE!! Lol! I took pictures of the scale every time my weight dropped. It’s amazing how much an hour in the gym...cutting back just a little on food choices/intake and intermittent fasting was the key to success! Girl yes! Thank you for sharing sis!
I’ve changed my eating habits an also included cardio in my diet everyday it’s only been like 2 weeks and I see and feel and extreme difference I don’t eat any red meat just fish an seafood also I eat/ drink a smoothie every morning for breakfast I just make sure my calorie intake is small but I wanted to say thank you so much for the video it’s just a extra boost to keep me going you look gorgeous and I hope you are sticking to your daily routines . 😊❤️
best video i seen that gets right to the point and keeps it real. portion control is everythingggg, green tea is amazing for bloating but you need to drink it daily. food is more important than working out but once you get the diet down pact the gym can come in

the real cause of your increasing belly and body fat has nothing to do with : how much you diet , starve yourself, or deprive yourself of your favorite foods how much grueling exercice you do how much sugar or carbohydrates you eat your thyroid ,hormones or metabolism or even genetics or the aging process ... that is what they want you to believe.that you're broken

My problem is how do you lose all this weight and not lose your curves ? 😭 ive Gained 50+ pounds to gain curves but now I’m unhealthy and I feel so frustrated bc I was skinny all my life gained all this weight now I’m overweight for my age 🤦🏽♀️help !
