Absolutely loved this video. I am not a mom , I am 57 and my husband has Alzheimer’s. I am fortunate enough to stop working at age 54 but have little time for myself. All the thoughts you described is what I feel and have been finding ways to incorporate my husband (ill never keave his side) with all that I try to do or take advantage of his naps. I have been more focused on enjoying him/us and being kind and grateful for my body. You are beautiful-thank you for this inspiring video.
I really wish influencers can make videos without apologizing or pandering to people with weak emotional intelligence. Enough with the disclaimers, you dont owe anyone anything and whichever way someone interprets your video has nothing to do with you.
Love your inspirational videos, Niki! I’ve been working in daycare for a several month and when we practiced yoga some of the toddlers resisted to do it. When I asked them, they said: my mom and dad never do it, I don’t like it…I believe that our kids repeating everything what we are doing. I guess your kids will be sportive like you and your husband because you are showing them the best experience! Well done!
I think it’s so sad that you have to explain your self that you care about your body as a mom, but I get it. Your very sweet for being super sensitive towards others . It is important to get in that work out you will feel better about your self mentally and physically.😊
This video has hit home at the right time! I'm currently making healthier changes in my daily life with 2 kids that will be a lifestyle and not temporary❤
I’m not a mom yet, but working out with your own child looks so much fun. 🤗 I definitely will keep it in mind, for my future self ❤❤❤ thank you for your tips
I loved how you prefaced this. Such a healthy outlook on body image, health and confidence. Also, you look amazing! This is the inspiration i need to start creating healthy habits.
Your bump didn’t get huge . Mine was enormous even though I am small framed. A lot of people thought I was carrying twins. You look great! We all carry differently .
I feel frustrated, you have a paradise life . When I had my babygirl, I have to work 9 hours a day, so at 8 pm I get Estée back. She was already sleeping...no time with her in the day....this is not a critique but a reality, no time to paddle, or to do sport You are lukky
i'm sorry you feel that way. it is always easy to compare your life to someone else's without knowing all the facts and seeing what that person does every day. I consider myself lucky because i have worked very hard to get to where i am and continue to work hard every day so that i can spend as much time with my kids as i can and also do the things i enjoy most. my days start at 5:30am and usually end past midnight because i am juggling mom life with work life and everything else in between. i am grateful for my family, my health, and to be able to have a job and do what i love. I'm able to do all of this because i've worked relentlessly since i was a teenager and have grown multiple successful businesses on my own. i am proud that i am a self-made entrepreneur and i want to inspire my kids to achieve their dreams just as i did. i never made excuses for myself. i always went for it. i do not compare what i have and don't have to others as it is pointless and a waste of energy. i only focus on my own life and try to figure out how i can make it even better for myself and my family. i hope you can do the same and i encourage you to do what you need to do to change your life to spend more time with your baby girl if that's what you really want to do. sending you love and light xx
I'm breastfeeding my first baby now he's eight months and I'm worried how it will affect my breasts. I wonder if you could share your own experience with that
