The reason your body is super hungry while doing this is because you're not getting all the nutrients you need. Smoothie/Juice detox and cleanses can become very unhealthy very quickly! Since it's all liquid, you won't be getting enough calories which then leads to less satisfaction and more hunger (National Center for Biotechnology Information). In that case, it's better to eat the fruits whole rather than liquified. Also, these types of cleanses don't help you lose weight, but they do help you lose water weight which will then be gained back shortly. It could potentially slow your natural metabolism as well (Reliant Medical Group). So, I guess if you're looking to do this very rarely (I guess for special occasions or to try) it would be okay, but to do as a regular thing every couple of weeks or months is not healthy at all. Your body needs more than just fruit sugars and a couple of veggies. I do not mean to come off as rude or judging you by any means by the way! I just want to make sure you and anybody else that comes across this knows some of the bad sides of things like this. I love your videos and this was not meant as hate whatsoever!!
I somewhat agree with you! But as I stated in my video, it is crucial to read the entire ebook to get well informed about what you’re drinking and why you’re drinking it! It is used just as a reset button. You’re only supposed to do it once and if you feel like you want to do it again you have to wait 2 or more months! The smoothies are just detox smoothies, it is not recommended to drink them outside of the detox! But as I said, for those who want to try it and get well informed, the ebook does an amazing job at explaining everything. If you follow it correctly it also tells you how to slowly come out of the detox and in to whole foods again to keep the weight off! But thank you for the information 💛
Somewhat disagree.. they are to clean yr body. Which cleans out impurities. Which make you go to the restroom. Therefore loosing weight.She looks so fit and the fact that she’s been going to the gym means she lost the water weight. If she gains that all muscle and the gains..
@@cristaljuarez3274 Your liver and kidneys are the only filtration system your body needs really. You don't need to specifically do juice cleanses to rid of toxins. However, you are correct about keeping the weight off since she goes to the gym; I should've added that in my original post.
I did the detox already twice! I got the motivation from Judith. First round I started at 170 and by the second round I ended up at 150! It made me feel so much better about myself. I’m so glad I did it, i have slipped up after doing the detox i gained like 5-6 pounds back but I’m determined to get back into working out. ❤️Love you!💕

neidaxo Girl try it!! i thought it was gonna be so hard especially because my parents would eat food in front of me and i was so maddd 😭 but honestly it’s worth it i was 220 now im 208 just try it! go to a park and walk for 1 hr that’s all you need you work out one day and the other you don’t! and you don’t have to drink the smoothies 3 times a day you can eat!!
I actually so glad you made this video I been on this diet where I stopped drinking soda and eating less hot Cheetos and and only eating one plate of food 3x a day so far it’s going okay but you and campanita literally a motivation to me to keep continuing with this diet until I get the body I want 😭😭 ♥️♥️ (just a reminder I am doing this for me so I can feel good about myself)
My times for my juices where 10 am, 3 pm, & 7pm. I did do snacks in between. Boiled eggs, almonds, or fruit. Each smoothie is different for everyday. Zairaxo i think Judith said to do it once every six months but I juice the moderate way on a regular basis now and that has helped me maintain my weight. I’ll do two smoothies and one meal
I tried it and i loved it! I really enjoyed all the smoothies. I lost a total of 15lbs, my skinned cleared up a lot as well. Now that I’m off it, i dont really crave junk food & i get full pretty fast. Waiting a while to go on my second time.

im about to get off the same cleanse!! it honestly wasnt that hard but drinking smoothies got boring after a while 😖 my whole family noticed the difference in my body and realized that i was losing weight! its a good way to start your weight loss journey. i really recommend it to anyone who wants to try it!
yes I did the detox because of Judith’s journey it’s AMAZING I had lost 8 lbs( BUT DONT RELY ON LOSING POUNDS IT SHOWS MORE ON MEASUREMENTS) from the detox but it was definitely harder for me at the beginning since I wasn’t eating actual meals and it really disciplines your eating habits

I this detox last month to try & girl it was HARD but I surprisingly did it & I didn’t have a scale but I noticed it all in my clothes! I felt so good after! I’m going to try it again this week & see what happens 🙂

I did the detox too but I had a smoothie for breakfast one for lunch and a green salad for dinner. The hardest part for me was giving up my iced coffee. I lost 11 pounds.
