mainly Keto diet + IF. I do cardio at least 4-5 days a week.

Also did IF during the start of the year and then went back to regular meals (w/o snacks) and also did away most of my sugar intake. Didn't loose as much as you but people had been commenting on the lost wait. I did it mostly to prevent insulin resistance since my family is genetically predisposed to the disease. It's been good seeing you fit.
