Im a mom myself, my son is 9months old. I gave birth via c-section..so that has been my excuse for living in this mom body this long.. long story short, after watching this video I went back to jogging and eating healthy. Thank you. This video was all that I needed.
I have walked around my neighborhood as well. When you mentioned suffering yes sometimes going threw pain can be helpful to make you appreciate something more.
I think I need to meal prep because I always end up eating take outs when I am lazy to cook. But I managed to cut out sugar so much this year and what you’re saying about drinking water is true. Your body looks so good ❤❤
I envy u gal not in a bad way though i hv a 20 Months old baby & hv gain a ton now i weighing 92kg and want my body back. So glad to find a local that i can follow and relate too,hv a similar body type too which matters also
Woow congratulations doll! You're looking great! I'm 2months postpartum & I needed something like this to encourage me. If you don't mind sharing I just want to know if you're on birth control & if it didn't make your weightloss journey a bit of a challenge coz I've experienced challenges in the past with hormonal birth control and my weight.
Hey my mommy congratulations 🙌, yes I am on birth control. They don’t have any negative impact on me, all the best for your journey and thank you for tuning in ♥️♥️😘
Hey my love thank you ♥️, I used to sell these I don’t have them anymore. I saw them at a Chinese store though a while ago, check China town I’m sure you’ll find something 😘
Hay mama thank you for this video for some of us who don't even know what we like workout wise where do we even start? I have a 3 year old now and have not started working out as a start what would you say a good starting point would be 😢 would really appreciate your feedback
Hey Mommy, start working for 1hour a day. Maybe start small 30min perhaps then increase gradually, start eating healthy as well. You’ll definitely see results in no time, for me walking is the easiest form of workout and it sheds the weight especially with a good diet. ♥️😘
Lesson, always do your meal preps. I do all the cooking in the house and sometimes I'm just too lazy to cook something different on the side and end up eating what everyone else is having. Our kids are like one month apart and mna I've only lost 6kg😩😩😩
Push yourself mommy you can do it, I find meal prepping fun now especially because my little one is eating solid and we teaching her veggies and fruits. I’m sure you’re also doing something similar, so take it as you have a partner ♥️♥️ you’ll definitely get there 😘😘
I am on the same journey, want to lose 15kgs, I don't go to the gym but I walk and skip. My main issue has been consistency and my sweet tooth, any tips on that? Also we have the same goal so I love watching you❤❤
Walking and skipping is very good, you will shed that weight like no one’s business. Meal prep is the way to go, with sweet tooth I cut out sugar completely for 3 months but I’m back at it and it’s not good, I love biscuits so much and that’s thee only sugar addiction I have. On week day I avoid them completely but weekends I’ll buy a pack as a treat and enjoy them. Try it and take it as motivation, if I may ask which sweet things do you like? With me I find that I don’t have a problem with sugar, chocolate, sweets etc in the house but the moment I see biscuits omg it’s a big trigger 🥺♥️♥️
Hey babe no I didn’t, I gave birth via C-section and the wound takes a minimum of 6 weeks to heal, mine healed after 3 to 4 weeks. My doctor said I can waist trainer but if I feel any pain I should take it off, so that’s what I did. Thank you for tuning in ♥️♥️😘
Yes Zee I agree with you 💯yes after C-S take your time that the wound healed after three months then you started to take care of body good luck Zee❤❤❤❤
Hey love, no. I’m still breast feeding and my baby is 13 months old, however I’ve realised that since my baby started eating I don’t have as much milk as before because she no longer depends on me for food. I think milk supply is affected by demand ♥️
Try eating enough for breastfeeding and for you to be full, don’t over feed because perhaps you thinking your milk supply will stop. For as long as you eating enough, drinking water and breastfeeding tea(or rooibos) you’ll always have a good milk supply. I hope this helps ♥️
