Like you I’ve been shopping a lot from EBay. I’ve developed interest in donning vintage clothing. Aside from timelines styles and quality tailoring, I like that what I’m wearing has more character and was made on that era. Forget the trend of stealth luxury but this is the real “if you know you know”.
As someone who lives in a tropical country, it's so crazy to me that in summer you guys wear clothes that I would wear during fall lol wearing pants (especially jeans) or a shirt as a layer during summer is unthinkable to me
White trousers for UK is a big no no , thats more for St Tropez or beach sides ….. warmer weather! Got the same shorts ! Militar! I paid £5 at traid ! Unfortunately I cant stand nothing from boss , it gives me “essex chav” the same with “stone island “ and their arm patch 🤮
You can't wear a long sleeved rugby shirt during the summer in most States here in the USA. It's so hot and can get humid, especially in the Southern states.
Hi 👋 James. I'm older generation now. I once dressed up in the 1970s. Those nice pair of white trousers look good. They remind me of 50 years ago when I wore flared trousers. They suit the black shoes worn with them. You look great in them young man. From Carl in New Zealand.
I like all the shorts you showed. It probably won’t look great on me because my legs are too fat and chunky . I think they look great on you maybe because you have nicely proportionate and well shaped legs. I did really like the cowboy boots and the Levi’s. I will try it and hopefully they will look great on me too. They look excellent 👌 thank you 🙏
Can you make a video on how to style shorts, socks, and shoes? I always have trouble figuring out what looks good together. What are your best tips? What not to do?
Hey James how are you? hoping your doing great the video helped a alot, can i ask what kind of work do you do you besides RU-vid or your doing youtube full time now?
The way you said that you're wearing a cap from today's sponsor, Boss, was so laid back I almost missed it lol Then I was like, wait, what? BOSS?! Well played, James, that's a pretty cool sponsor for a youtuber! TBF the clothes of theirs you wore were all really nice too. Outfit 2 was doooooope :)
Bro decided to keep the best for last. I think that outfit goes extremely hard! I was wondering what piece would work with it as a layer on top for the rare chilly summer nights?
Great 'fits James! Love the linen pieces, definitely great for Summer. The light wash denim looks great and ringer tees are definitely a vibe 🔥🔥 Cheers!!
I feel like too many mens fashion RU-vidrs like to play it safe with their outfits. I like that you explore and try new things and more times than not the outfits you put together look great!
Hey James, I absolutely loved the outfits and this video, however I’d like you to make it more clear when a brand is sponsoring your videos. I’m sure these pieces are incredible, they surely look great, however I wouldn’t know if you think so yourself. Just a disclaimer at the beginning saying “this video is sponsored by x, and I will showcase a piece in every outfit. I picked the pieces myself, however they were provided to me for free. I will, of course, be honest as usual.”
lol who cares. All that matters is the viewers are able to form a genuine opinion about the clothes. It literally doesn’t matter if James isn’t giving an honest opinion, which he likely is.
Hi mate I did say in the first outfit that it was sponsored by Hugo Boss. There’s also a RU-vid card that pops up in the corner to show that it’s a sponsored video, and I also have it written in the description! I only ever take on sponsors that I actually like and would wear, but appreciate your comments 👍 thanks for watching!
@@JamesLeung just another pov: I only realized that it was sponsored once you mentioned it aloud when showing the red corduroy cap. I thought that was the extent of the sponsorship but when the next outfit had a Hugo Boss piece too, I had to check your description to see that the whole video is an ad. I'm not interested to watch the rest of the video now and will definitely be more wary going forward. I hope you consider stating up front in the beginning of the video that it's sponsored. I genuinely like to support the creators I follow, so I don't mind the occasional ad or sponsored content but this time I felt deceived.
@@autismspeakz off base mate. Hardly a clone. All DS does atm is vlog about lifestyle, and promote his brand through his vids. He doesn't make solely fashion vids anymore, and hasn't for awhile. Relax.
