How I'm getting out of a motivation slump | Week in my adult life 

That metaphor of rolling down a hill literally finally put the thoughts in my head into words! It’s amazing ❤❤

This has been the video I feel I relate to you most. Just be honest with yourself, and listen to yourself, and then things always work out in the end 🙂 I’ve had the most shockingly awful 2 years. My aunt passed away from cancer (my favourite aunt. I know you shouldn’t have favourites, but she was my favourite) my husband then was rushed to hospital (he had a heart attack. He’s Allready terminally ill, so it was quite a scary time, as you can imagine. Then my childhood friends mum who I have known since I was 3 passed away from cancer. To top it all off, and the hardest thing I’ve gone through in my whole life, was the ray of light and my reason for being passed away in July. My dog. She was 15 days away from turning 17 when she passed away. We had a feeling it was coming, so life changed a lot in the last 3 weeks of her life. We slept in shifts (so I slept 7pm to midnight, and my husband slept midnight to 7am. Though, the morning she passed, we were both awake and with her. For some reason, I was camping out in my husbands bedroom (he has a hospital bed and has to sleep separately from me) and she was just sat near me on the floor. She went in to the bathroom for her drink (she has a water tower in there at night if she needs a drink) she didn’t have the energy to walk back. So I went in to her, and called my husband and said I think it’s happening. We rang my mum, who lives 200 miles away, and she got to tell my Millie she loved her and would see her soon (I said in a text b4 I rang to not make Millie panic, and to try and talk normal so she doesn’t get scared. I carried her to my husbands room, and we sat in her favourite chair. I tapped her in her favourite blanket , we opened the window so she could feel the breeze, her favourite cartoon was on the mobile (stick man) and she had a pretty light on like a rainbow she could look at. She was curled up in my arms, and she passed away. I’ve felt numb since, like part of me is missing. I always promised her that when her time came she would pass away at home, and she did. I cried happy tears for a week cuz I knew I didn’t let her down when she needed me. We put her in her resting place the next day (as she passed away very early in the morning. I carried her to the garden during the night and took her to see the stars. One of my school friends said he tells his kids when somebody passes away it’s because the sky needs somebody special to be the brightest star in the sky. It’s been an awful 7 months since she passed away. In the last 14 years, we have lost 32 family members, but they were easy against Millie’s passing. She was special. She was beautiful and perfectly imperfect, and that’s why we loved her. On happier notes, I recently discovered beanies coffee. They are vegan flavoured coffee, and it’s amazing! If you like your coffee I 100% recommend it 🙂

so funny seeing u that confused about the pistachio Creme not having cream 🤭 just bc you study German: ‘Creme’ is actually just the consistency, every type of spreadable (non-) edible paste can be called like that (sunscreen for example haha), and it has nothing to with cream which would be ‘Sahne’ oh and such a nice idea, made my evening - 5 things that are good in my life rn: ☀ - being close to friends - gaining lots of new experiences - the courage to try new things - everyone I care about being healthy - rainy tea work/study sessions

What I‘m thankful for even though I‘m definitely having a hard time mentally the last few months: the new people I met (who don’t know „The old me“ but still like me as I am today with all my struggles and who became a safe space for me so fast), being able to read books again (concentrating was quite hard), autumn-air and being in the outdoors in general, all the „Hand-in-Hand“-memories that hurt now but will remain beautyful forever ❤

I was actually told by a worker at regatta that you should do the top hooks on the shoes first and then down to the bottom ones. Actually feels much better 😂

This morning I found myself overthinking too much as my mind was exploding and then watched your video and it was comforting for me that someone in this world who is so far from me is struggling with that too and I'm not the only one.

I live in the peaks and don't own walking boots I only ever use my trail running shoes so comfy! If you don't get on with those I'd recommend trail shoes

To clear up the name „Pistaziencreme“, when there is no actual cream in it: in German the word Creme doesn’t always refer to the ingredient “cream” but more to the texture of the food 🤓

I also experience at the moment that my body is telling me to slow down. Two bone stress injuries, eczema when moving. I guess we have to listen.

please dn't look down in to camars , make people feel there are being told off and you are better then them and it's lazy , and make more a story about it , and buy a tripod, you have been making vlog , try and make a short film or more filmic , your edit are good , just buy a book on photo and landscape. you work hard i like that so why not work on the film makeing side more, i hated you at first but have come to like you which a very import thing , to have ..likeable,
