Ok dude you actually solved the exact issue I was looking for. My one question is do you have issues with the whole panel falling off of the back of the pack when fully loaded. Do you intend to affix the diy panel to the back panel of the pack itself?

Glad it helped you! I have no issues with it so far! I had intially thought about cutting a hole in the organizer panel for the little velcro tab on the back of the UA21 to pass through, but it has worked well so far without it.
