Hi Tony. I just wanted to say thank you for your video's, they are much appreciate. My small trade account is beginning to look much healthier as i've now increased my RR to 1:3 ish. Im currently on 9 wins in a row and only trading once a day.
Hi Tony! Enjoying your videos. Thank you. Question: Did you make a video on your scaling plan? If so, can you direct me to the video link? Many thanks!
At about 8:40, you state that NVDA on the 1hr timeframe shows it is in an uptrend due to Higher Highs and 'Lower Lows'. For the unfamiliar it might help to make the correction that the ticker is making HIGHER Lows which is what we look for in an uptrend.
Very goood, I have a few Questions; 1-when do you mark the Low nad High BEFORE Session, which Time? 2-Do you use a Sessions Indicator, can you recommend one? 3-Are U Trading with just Price Action, or do you also use other Indictaors (RSI, MACD, Moving Averages, etc) in Coexistence? If yes, please name all Indicators and describe what your Chart looks like, or better please show in a Video the Indicators (if you are using any) please show it in a chart when you trade together with the indicators, thank you Sir
1- You can mark PM high and low right before market opens. 2- I don’t have an indicator, never needed one. 3- I trade strictly price action I don’t use any indicators.
@@ScarfaceTrades thank you, what would be the exact Time, when do you mark the Pre Market High and Low? from 0930 AM to 1100 AM Eastern Time? Which Timeframe do you use to mark out the pre Market High and Low? If you dont use Indicators, do you draw Support and or Resistrance Zones, and do you draw Trendlines?
Excellent content Tony, really clear, concise and to the point! One question with regards to how you decide to pull the trigger on your stop loss. Do you pre-set your stop loss order to be based on the candle close (is that possible) or do you not set a hard stop and actively monitor the trade to prevent your stop loss being triggered by a wick? Keep up the great work!
This is what I was wondering - when I saw the stop loss level blown-through by a wick - in 100% of my trades that means I got stopped out. So when Tony says "Unless the candle closes below that level, I don't get stopped out" - I was like whaaa??? Meaning, you must be operating without a stop loss or you put it at a much lower level than you indicate on your video demo. Does this make sense?
Nice video, have some questions: 1. Do you use (or recommend to use) any other pattern than flag or you just mainly looking for flag? 2. How you indetify second and third L/L ? It's not clear for me, but third L/L it's very important for flag pattern here. Should I check it on another, LFT, like 15mins?
Just wondering how you don't get stop out if it doesn't close below.. Cos I always gets taken out with a wick.. So a little confused there, whether it is a broker thing or else? Thanks
You’re setting the stop loss with your broker. His stop loss is a mental stop loss. So he manually sells if it closes below, this prevents you from getting stooped out with the wicks.
@@ScarfaceTradesa mental stop loss doesn't prevent an unpredicted turn of events though, for example, let's say it kept going down in one huge candle in less than a second. I've seen wicks grow without the body of the candle moving. Meaning it just dropped and returned so quick that just the shadow grew. What's stopping the body of the candle dropping almost instantly, way lower than the mental stop loss. By the time u close the trade, it's already way down. How do you prepare for this type of scenario? Really Like your channel. Genuinely appreciate you.
@riaansunny3390 that is an outlier scenario. Low probability. Over the life of your account it won't happen much so the risk/reward still favors the mental stop.
Appreciate the videos! Quick question, when you say you don’t stop out unless the candle closes below the level, is that a mental stop loss your respecting?
hello i am a new trader and i have been following all ur videos. the videos are good and ur teaching skills are excellent . i just want to know how to choose the stocks to trade in. what is ur technique on finding the stocks. i get stuck there itself !!
Sooo do you use the “break and retest” method on the pre-market highs & lows, or use the highs and lows surrounding the first closed candle of the day??? I thought previously you taught us to use that first candle at open.
Thank you for all you do and your dedication to helping us out! what would your advice be a new trader who wants to trade futures with a $1000 account risking 1-3% of the account? Is that even feasible? How would you manage your account size?
1K is very doable but only do macro’s until you know your strategy works well. Smaller gains but a lot less risk of blowing your account. Good luck! (I only trade Futures)
It is feasible. However in the beginning rather looking to make money, ensure the strategy your trading works. Make sure you are comfortable and have a clear set of rules. Only after that should you be looking to risk more than 3%.
@@ScarfaceTrades Thank you for your quick response and advice! I find it hard to place a trade for 1% ( $100) trading futures.. Please advise! I truly appreciate it...!
Thanks again for the video. Quick question, how do you find those stocks that are trending higher-high/higher-lows? I mean do you scan the stocks, or put any stocks into Watchlist when stock makes explosive moves or you only trade $TSLA, $NVDA which are high liquidity stocks? Thanks!
Question Tony. Do you have a screening method to ID what stocks are moving up or down? I know you can screen for stocks nearing 52 week highs/lows. Do you look for stocks with a certain market cap or volume profile?
Just wanted to say thanks for all of your videos. They’ve helped me a lot! Question.. when you mark out highs and lows, do you draw a line at the body or the wick? I’ve noticed you switch it up at times.
Hi, what higher timeframe should I be looking at as a day trader if my trigger chart is 1min. The 4hour, Daily or higher? What do you think is the most reliable? Love your videos watch every one! Nvmd just kept watching. Thanks for all your help!
in one of your video, you said you mark the high and the low of the previous daily candle. Then go into lower TFs to find level of support and resistance. In this video, you are now saying you take previous key levels betwwen 4am EST to 9:30am EST...pls I need clarity....one love from Nigeria.
Hey, thanks for the video. I have a question. At 11:45 in the video your trade went past your stop loss. Would that not have automatically kicked you out of the trade or you don't put a stop loss and watch if it closes below your SL area, you manually exit the trade.
when u said you did not stop the trade, did you mean that you didn't get to enter the trade until it came back all the way to the retest level that you are anticipating?
Dude! I'm back testing your strategy. So far, so good. I know you say, back test, at least a years worth of stocks before going live. Sticking to your rule. Also, I have my three indicators (ema's) to also help with the direction of the stock. I am looking forward to all your videos.
Scarface, my brother, if you are so confident and making so much money, why are you not sharing this gift you received from God with the ordinary people of this hard world? Look at our Muslim brother from Bangladesh (T2 SMC Trader), how much value he is providing without taking a single penny. He is trading every day in front of people and explaining why he is doing what he is doing.
do you take into account levels drawn on D or 4H, 1H ? or just a pre market low and high . I see that 5 minute candle works most of the time ( hi/lo and retest)
@@ScarfaceTrades Hello Sir, I'm from South Asia and $200 is about two months of salary here, I want to join your program, can I get some discount plz. I really want to join your accelerator program and planning for the last two and half months, I have saved some of the amount for joining your program, if you give some discount, maybe I join earlier than waiting for saving the whole $200. Thanks and I really appreciate your videos, there is a lot to learn from it.❤❤
