I have a question for you. For websites, one company or agency may operate in a wide area, e.g. in a given country. You could operate several such agencies at the same time to scale your business. But hasn't it become a competition with itself? If you were running a campaign for company X, were you doing a campaign for company Y at the same time? If both companies served customers for the entire domestic market? Because in the case of physical and regional services, it's simple. You acquire clients, fill out a schedule for, for example, a personal trainer and at the same time you can acquire clients for trainers from other cities. What about global services via the Internet?

Where you get the niche ideas? I need to niche down. I’ve had so many different niches I’ve done sites for. Nothing has stood out for me. Most have been startups.

Those rates won't work here in south africa. You would be lucky to sell a website like that for 1000USD here
